RoHS Compliance Statement February 1, 2017

1. Scope

This statement clarifies Total Phase’s compliance with European Union Directive 2011/65/EU on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment ("RoHS") that took effect on June 8, 2011. The RoHS directive restricts the sale of electronic equipment containing certain hazardous substances such as lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls ("PBB"), and polybrominated diphenylethers ("PBDE") in the European Union.

2. Compliance

Total Phase certifies to the best of its knowledge, based on available information from vendors, as of October 31st, 2014 all products manufactured by Total Phase are RoHS-compliant. With regards to Rohs2 CE marking, product packaging is labeled attesting conformity if required.
