What You Can Expect

You will work across teams

We are currently seeking a Business Operations Associate who will be involved with both our sales and operations teams for the purpose of ensuring continuity of business operations.  The Business Operations Associate must be a highly motivated and detail-oriented person who is responsible to execute operational tasks and provide support to the sales team. 


You will be responsible critical daily functions

This person will be responsible for the execution of order fulfillment and payment lifecycle tracking within Total Phase.  Accurate and timely execution of projects is a critical success factor for this job.


You will be trained and coached

This is an entry-level position and new hires will participate in an initial training program to help bring them up to speed on Total Phase technology and products.  The training program will also include coaching on sales and operations systems, processes, and best practices.  This is a great opportunity to develop career-building skills at a profitable and respected company.


What We Expect

  • You will be responsible for fulfilling and shipping daily orders.
  • You will play a key role in managing and tracking invoice payments.
  • You will be the point person for vendor paperwork and supplier forms.
  • You will provide administrative support for sales functions.
  • You will facilitate streamlined communication between our sales, operations, and support teams.
  • You will assist in the execution and planning of company events and tradeshows.
  • You will participate in company meetings, staff meetings, and other functions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor Degree
  • 1+ prior jobs or internships with references
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new applications
  • Intermediate mathematical and analytic skills for performing general calculations
  • Professionalism, positive attitude, and good rapport with customers
