Data Center 6.10 features complex triggers for USB 2.0 captures. Similar to complex triggers for USB 3.0, developers can utilize the Beagle USB 5000 SuperSpeed Protocol Analyzer to trigger a capture or external outputs from USB 2.0 data matches. Developers can create complex multi-state matches with up to 8 states and 6 matches per state. These matches are based on specific data packets and/or errors. The complex triggers function for USB 2.0 is available on the Beagle USB 5000 analyzer with the Expert Option upgrade. Since this is a new hardware feature, the Beagle USB 5000 analyzer will need to be updated with the latest v1.20 firmware. Click here to download the firmware update for the Beagle USB 5000 analyzer and follow the instructions in the readme file. Customers who have already purchased the Expert Option upgrade must also contact us directly at support@totalphase.com for a new license key in order to receive this feature.

The Last Packet View is a new feature for CAN on Data Center 6.10. Last Packet View serves as a handy tool that displays the last data packet received on the CAN bus for each channel, CAN ID, RTR (remote request indicator), and DLC (data length code). This useful feature provides CAN engineers with a count on how many data packets have been monitored for a specific device ID as well as the average time calculated between packets received.

Another notable update in Data Center 6.10 includes the option to export statistics for the captured data to a CSV file. For more information on Data Center 6.10, see the user's manual here.
