We are back in the office and wrapping up from a successful exhibition at the Intel Developer Forum in San Francisco. Throughout the three days at the Moscone Convention Center, we showed off the Beagle USB 5000 analyzer for USB 3.0 in the SuperSpeed USB community. We were happy to see the attendee interest in USB 3.0, and it looks like momentum is picking up for this relatively new protocol.

In this interview, Kumaran discusses with Synopsys' Yvette Huygen on how the increasing complexity of embedded design has propelled engineers to think differently about their work.

We are pleased to announce the release of the 4 GB Memory Upgrade for the Beagle USB 5000 SuperSpeed Protocol Analyzer! This upgrade increases the USB 3.0 memory buffer of the Beagle USB 5000 Analyzer from 2 GB to 4 GB.

Conference attendees also had the opportunity to work directly the Beagle USB 480 Protocol Analyzer in one of the USB classes hosted by Microchip. The session entitled “USB: Bridging the Gap Between a PC Application and an End Device,” allowed participants to use the Beagle USB 480 analyzer to monitor the transfer of data between a host and device.
